Jessica Sabourin
Jessica is thankful to call San Antonio, Texas home. Before moving to San Antonio, she worked
with youth within the foster system, education focused nonprofits and provided ABA therapy to
children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Now, she works for a nonprofit
supporting families with rare chromosome conditions. She is passionate about continuing work
within nonprofit fields and to help support communities through God’s guidance. In her free
time, Jessica enjoys swimming, watercolor painting and spending time with her family and
friends. Jessica is thankful to be part of Redeem These Ashes!

Lillian Rivera-Osorio
Lillian Rivera serves as the Director of Grant Services for Redeem These Ashes, bringing over two decades of expertise in proposal development, contract management, and nonprofit support. An author and evangelist with a heart for sharing the redemptive power of Jesus Christ, she combines professional excellence with a deep ministry calling. With a passion for advancing Christ-centered missions, she helps secure strategic funding that empowers the ministry’s work in accountability, purity, and healing. Lillian is dedicated to strengthening organizational capacity, building sustainable grant systems, and ensuring excellence in every application—so the message of hope and freedom in Jesus Christ can reach even more lives.

Connie serves as our Grant Writher. She leads worship at her Church and is a recording Christian artist. Connie lives in the Chicago area with her Husband, Cephas and their daughter, Teddi.
